🛡️ Privacy notice

Braglio is a free daily brain game. You can play without an account, and we collect as little as possible. This page explains everything we store, in plain English.

Playing as a guest (no account)

Your scores, streak, achievements, weekly goals, badges and settings are saved in your browser (local storage). They never leave your device unless you use one of the online features below. You can export, restore or erase this data from Stats.

Anonymous usage counts

Braglio uses its own privacy-friendly counting — no cookies, no advertising, no third-party trackers. Your browser keeps a random ID that is never linked to your nickname, email or player ID. We record simple events such as “page viewed”, “game started”, “game finished”, “result shared” and how many puzzles of each type were answered. Each event also records the country your connection comes from (a two-letter code like “AU”, worked out by our host Cloudflare). We never store your IP address, city or anything more precise. While the game tab is open and visible, your browser also sends a tiny “still here” signal every 30 seconds with the same random ID, whether you are mid-game (daily or practice), your country code and whether you are on a phone or a computer. It lets us see how many people are playing right now; each record is deleted after 24 hours. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no events are sent at all.

Cookies

Braglio sets one cookie, and only if you sign in: a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in. It cannot be read by scripts and is not used for tracking.

Security checks

Some forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving “are you human?” check, to stop spam. The service runs on Cloudflare’s network, which also hosts Braglio.
